The cost for an initial consultation is $205, an individual session is $155 and a couples session is $180. Sessions are 50-55 minutes.
Currently I am an in-network provider for United Healthcare (which includes Oxford and Connecticare) and Husky. This means that I can submit insurance claims for your sessions and accept payment directly from your insurance company. You are responsible for all deductibles and copays. When you fill out intake paperwork, you will be asked to submit your credit, debit, or HSA card information so that all payments are made on the date of service.
For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. I have partnered with Thrizer to simplify the process for you and allow them to handle the out-of-network process automatically. The first step is to determine what your out-of-network benefit is and then Thrizer has two options for you to consider:
· Thrizer Pay where they submit your claim and pay the insurance portion of your payment upfront; they then keep the reimbursement with a small fee to you. You are responsible for all deductibles and copays which are the due on the date of service.
· OON Pay (Out of Network) where you pay the full fee upfront, upload a Superbill to their website and wait for reimbursement from your insurance company. There is no cost to you for this option.

Prior to your first appointment, you will receive a link to your own customized client portal where you can complete the intake paperwork from the comfort of your home. You will be guided to create an account, sign the Informed Consent form to work with me as well as other paperwork that helps me understand more about you. You will also set up payment information, I accept credit cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. The set-up process is easy and secure. Your payment will be processed on the date of service.
